Columbia, SC (WLTX) - Law enforcement is working to recover the body of a deceased person found Saturday afternoon.
Columbia police say the body was found in a pond on Kimpton Drive around 1 p.m. The Columbia Police Department, Columbia Fire Department and Richland County Sheriff's Office are currently on the scene.
Foul play isn't suspected at this time, according to the Columbia Police Department.
An investigation is underway, and the coroner's office will assist in determining cause of death.
