A Lexington man who plead guilty earlier this year to making online threats is now being accused of making hostile remarks yet again.
Christopher Glen Raines, 43, who also is known as "A.J.. Blues," was charged Saturday with threatening a public employee and unlawful communications.
Officers say he posted a video to YouTube Saturday morning that was titled. "List of people who ought to be killed."
"He tagged a senior administrator with Lexington One, a private citizen, and a few government and community organizations in the post,” Lexington County Sheriff Jay Koon said in a statement. “We take threats against anyone’s safety and well-being very seriously. Once we became aware of the post, investigators went to work on this case immediately.”
Koon said Raines was located and arrested this afternoon without incident.
Back in January, Raines was sentenced to 15 days in jail for making online threats about high school students.
Prosecutors said Raines posted videos on Facebook and Twitter last fall making threats to students at River Bluff High School. In at least one of the videos, Raines videotaped himself with a bow and arrow and used explosive arrowheads. During the recordings, he referenced students being put in body bags, prosecutors said.
In one post, he allegedly wrote: "This week’s prediction: RBHS students killed this week while committing crimes on private property."
