Missing Virginia Father, Toddler May Be in Carolinas, Police Say

Police in Richmond, Virginia are asking for the public's help finding a missing toddler and her father who may be in the Carolinas.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Police in Richmond, Virginia are asking for the public’s help finding a missing toddler and her father who may be in the Charlotte area.

Richmond Police said that two-year-old Te’Myah Plummer, and her father, Travis Plummer, could be in the Mecklenburg County area or possibly in Jersey City, N.J.

Investigators do not believe the pair are in danger.

“We would like to hear from whoever may be caring for Te’Myah Plummer, probably a family member,” said Frank Scarpa with the Richmond Police Department. “We need to confirm that she is safe.”

Te’Myah is described as a black female with a light complexion. She was last seen by family members in August of 2017. Travis Plummer is described as a black male, approximately 5-foot-8, with a medium complexion weighing approximately 250 pounds.
