SPARTANBURG, S.C. — Spartanburg County deputies say a missing elderly man with dementia has been found safe.
Bobby Dean McDaniel, 79, was found in Gaston County, North Carolina around 10:00 p.m. Monday night.
McDaniel was reported missing after he was last seen in the Duncan area around 10 a.m. Monday morning.
The Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office says his family is headed to North Carolina to pick him up.
