More than 2,500 athletes from 20 states were at Harry Parone Stadium this weekend for the 26th annual Bojangles Classic.
Spring Valley High School was once again, the site for the two-day event which has become nationally recognized as one of the premier meets in the country. It also had an international flavor as teams from Barbados competed to give the Classic an international flavor.
Of course, a strong Midlands contingent is always present at this event as the locals look to showcase their skills against high-level competition.
