COLUMBIA, S.C. — If you are thinking about going to the South Carolina State Fair this year, the organization is planning a flash sale on admission tickets Saturday, August 24.
Because the theme of this year's State Fair is "46 Reasons to Celebrate South Carolina," there will be a deal for six admission tickets for just $46. The deal is good Saturday from 10 a.m.-2:46 p.m. only, online at scstatefair.org/flashsale.
Saturday marks exactly 46 days until opening day of the South Carolina State Fair on October 9. The "46 Reasons to Celebrate South Carolina" theme will focus on all 46 counties in the state, showcasing each county's unique culture, heritage and attractions.
The South Carolina State Fair runs October 9-20. Registration is now open for all competitive exhibits.
