COLUMBIA, S.C. — Mark your calendars! There's a new summer festival coming soon.
Columbia Fireflies have announced they are hosting a new Taco and Margarita Festival at Segra Park on August 17. Tickets for the festival go on sale Tuesday, June 24, at 10 a.m.
The festival will not only feature "world class" tacos and margaritas, but there will be live pro wrestling (masked or unmasked, we're not sure), DJ music, and more.
There are three ticket levels with early bird pricing up until the day of the festival, and kids age 5 and under can enter for free. Here are the ticket prices, available online:
- General admission: $10 in advance, $20 at the gate
- VIP admission: $40 in advance, $50 at the gate. VIP ticketholder gets a festival t-shirt and 2 vouchers for house margarita, beer, water or soda
- Ultimate VIP admission: $79 in advance, $99 at the gate. Includes festival t-shirt, 3 vouchers for drinks, and access to special VIP taco and snack bar
All ages 6 and above will need a ticket to attend this event.
