COLUMBIA, S.C. — Representatives from AG Touring and Mammoth, Inc., and Colonial Life Arena announced Ron Wave will be bringing the Last Lap Tour to Columbia later this year.
A pioneer in the genre called "soul trap," singer/songwriter Wave will headline a December 6 concert with special guests Moneybagg Yo, Toosii, Lil Poppa, Dess Dior, and Eelmatic.
Tickets will be available through Ticketmaster during a special pre-sale event 10 a.m.-10 p.m. Thursday, September 5, before regular ticket sales beginning at 10 a.m. Friday, September 6. VIP packages will be available beginning Thursday. Any remaining tickets for any event following the first day of general public ticket sales will be available for purchase online at ticketmaster.com and at the Prisma Health Box Office on the next Ticket Tuesday.
Wave burst on the scene with the release of the single Heart On Ice in 2019. The song went viral Wave followed up on his success with his debut album, Ghetto Gospel, the same year. Wave's latest release, Nostalgia, released in 2023 with the lead single Fight the Feeling, debuted on top of the Billboard 200 chart.
