COLUMBIA, S.C. — Folks used to dropping off their payments for City of Columbia water and solid waste bills, parking rental or parking tickets will soon have a new drive-through location as the city is moving the Payment Center from the heart of downtown.
Beginning Tuesday, Oct. 12, the City of Columbia Payment Center will be located at 3000 Harden Street, at the intersection of Harden and Colonial Drive (across from BullStreet).
A grand opening ribbon cutting will take place at 11:30 a.m. Monday, Oct. 11.
The Payment Center's regular hours will be Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
