Hershey Creamery Co. leases warehouse on Farrow Road

COLUMBIA, S.C. — We all scream for ice cream!

The maker of a popular brand of ice cream has just signed a long-term lease for a property near Blythewood to use as a distribution center for its products.

Bruce Harper, SIOR, managing partner of Trinity Partners, represented the landlord and facilitated the lease of the industrial property to Hershey Creamery Co., of Harrisburg, PA.

The building, located at 10125 Farrow Road, includes an office and 8,600-square-foot warehouse.

Hershey Creamery Co., founded in 1894 by Jacob, Isaac, Paris, Ephraim, and Eli Hershey -- no relation to the chocolate-maker Milton S Hershey of Hershey Company -- makes premium ice cream products that can be found in over 33,000 stores in 39 states, including South Carolina.
