LAURENS COUNTY, S.C. — Warehousing and distribution company Malouf will be investing $47.2 million to establish operations in Laurens, South Carolina, by the end of November 2021.
The Utah-based company, founded in 2003 by Sam and Kacie Malouf, warehouses and distributes home furnishings and other consumer products and provides technology, retail and logistics services throughout the United States.
The new facility will also bring in 240 new jobs and, according to Ryan Egbert, Malouf director of national distribution, "will simplify our supply chain process by allowing us to consolidate all of our specialty retail products in one place for East Coast fulfillment."
Malouf will be located at 101 Michelin Drive in Laurens. The site provides easy access to I-385 and Walmart Distribution Center is located nearby.
