WEST COLUMBIA, S.C. — The developers of Brookland mixed-use community on Meeting Street in West Columbia announced a new addition to the site. Estates & Companies will be adding 4West, a development of 52 luxury apartments and approximately 15,000 square feet of commercial space at the corner of Meeting and State streets.
According to the company, groundbreaking should take place in October, with completion within one year.
4West will consist of studio, 1- and 2-bedroom apartments that will feature floor-to-ceiling windows, spa-inspired bathrooms, oversized closets, modern kitchens and the best in-home technology. The community will feature a shared skyline terrace with outdoor kitchen, fitness center, bike share and storage and a saltwater pool.
Eastate & Companies' Brookland is home to Black Rooster restaurant, Gentleman's Quarter Barbershop, Select Physical Therapy and The WRKT. Al's Upstairs Italian, Terra, Palate, New Brookland Tavern, Savage Craft Ale Works and Cafe Strudel are nearby.
