COLUMBIA, S.C. — A 22-year-old man has been charged with fatally shooting another at an apartment complex over the weekend.
Mikah Nelsum Green, 22, was charged on Monday with Murder and Possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime.
The shooting happened on Saturday around 7PM at the Lakeshore Village Apartment complex on Garners Ferry road.
Green is accused of shooting acquaintance Stacy Windell Rhodes in the upper body after an argument.
He's currently at the Richland County Detention Center.
