COLUMBIA, S.C. — Richland County Recreation Commission (RCRC) announced on Friday that it is closing Gadsden Park Community Center until further notice. The commission said that the closing is due to repairs to the facility that will be taking place over the next few months.
An RCRC spokesperson said the issue is with the electric system at the facility but didn't elaborate.
