ORANGEBURG COUNTY, S.C. — The Orangeburg County Sheriff's Office is asking for assistance locating a missing 64-year-old woman who was last reported to have been seen near North.
Carmen Thomas allegedly left her home in the 2500 block of Bull Swamp Road (SC-172) after becoming upset on Tuesday, July 2. She was last seen wearing green tights, a green tank top, and gold and brown sandals. Investigators said she was carrying a suitcase when she left the home. Thomas is considered to be an endangered adult.
“If anyone has seen her or has any idea where she may be, please let us know,” said Sheriff Leroy Ravenell. “We want to get this lady back home as soon as possible."
