ALLENDALE COUNTY, S.C. — Deputies with the Allendale County Sheriff's Office are asking the public for help in locating a missing 77-year-old man.
Ralph Payne was last seen around 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, November 26, on the Allendale-Fairfax Highway, near Fairfax. South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) has issued an Endangered Person Alert for Payne.
He may be wearing a Carolina Gamecocks golf shirt, black jeans and black slide-on shoes. He is 5'7", approximately 185 pounds, with brown eyes and white hair.
Payne may be driving a black 2015 Toyota Prius, with a South Carolina license plate XGD277. The vehicle was last seen in Orangeburg around 5:30 p.m. Tuesday.
