PULASKI COUNTY, Ark. — A Pulaski County man has been arrested after allegedly "abusing the corpse" of his brother who had previously been reported missing.
Authorities said that Robert Richards was interviewed by investigators on Nov. 20, 2024, in reference to a missing person's case.
During the interview, investigators said that Richards told them that he had found his brother dead -- this led to Richards "[securing his brother's remains] and storing the remains in a vehicle on his property," according to authorities.
Richards was transported to the Pulaski County Regional Detention Facility where he was charged with tampering with evidence and abuse of a corpse.
