Forest Acres, SC (WLTX) - Forest Acres police have released a sketch of a man suspected of trying to kidnap a woman over the weekend.
Officers say around 8 a.m. Sunday, a woman was jogging on Falcon Drive near A.C. Flora High School. A small faded red SUV pulled up beside her, and the person inside pulled out what appeared to be a gun and told the victim to get in his vehicle. The woman, however, ran toward the high school and was able to get away from the suspect. She then called the police.
The victim did not suffer any injuries.
Officers were able to create a composite sketch of the suspect using the victim's description and a State Law Enforcement Division forensic artist.
