ALLENDALE, S.C. — A 27-year-old Florida woman has been reported missing in Allendale County, and law enforcement is asking the public for assistance locating her.
Jessica Rapsys was traveling through South Carolina from Jacksonville, Florida, when she may have lost her way. She was last seen on Tuesday, Aug. 13.
The Allendale County Sheriff's Department found her car on Tuesday night near railroad tracks that run through the Martin community but has not been able to locate Rapsys.
