KERSHAW COUNTY, S.C. — A 43-year-old man is under arrest and awaiting charges in connection to graffiti spayed on buildings throughout the county according to Camden Police and Kershaw county deputies.
Joshua William Gutierrez, 43, of Camden was arrested in connection several incidents involving spray painted graffiti and glass etchings at multiple locations throughout Kershaw County.
Most incidents included the word “Dismal” in the painted graffiti and/or glass etchings.
Gutierrez is currently at the Kershaw County Detention Center awaiting charges.
If your business was vandalized, the Kershaw County Sheriff's Office and the Camden Police Department are asking you to contact them if you haven't reported it yet.
Kershaw County Sheriff Lee Boan said, "We are thankful for all the citizen tips we received as well as our partnership with the Camden Police Department in solving these crimes."
