Lexington County, SC (WLTX) -- Lexington County deputies say they arrested six people in a drug bust on Wednesday in Gaston.
Deputies say each of the individuals were arrested on multiple drug charges in the 200 block of Meadowfield Road.
“Our narcotics unit responded to a community complaint about apparent drug-related activity at a house on Meadowfield,” Sheriff Jay Koon said. “While on scene, investigators discovered a wide variety of drugs and took the individuals into custody.”
The department says the following people were arrested:
John Johnson,31, of Gaston is charged with Possession of a Schedule IV Narcotic known as Clonazepam, Possession of a Schedule II Narcotic known as Vyvanse and Possession of Methamphetamine.
Kayla Martin, 25, of Lexington is charged with Possession of a Schedule IV Narcotic known as Clonazepam, Possession of a Schedule II Narcotic known as Vyvanse and Xanex and Possession of Methamphetamine.
Robert McDaniel, 32, of Gaston is charged with Possession of a Schedule IV Narcotic known as Clonazepam, Possession of a Schedule II Narcotic known as Vyvanse and Xanex and Possession of Methamphetamine.
Christopher Ussery,34, of West Columbia is charged with Trafficking ICE and Possession of a Weapon During a Violent Crime.
Katie Vinson, 30, of West Columbia is charged with Possession of a Schedule IV Narcotic known as Clonazepam, Possession of a Schedule II Narcotic known as Vyvanse, Possession of Methamphetamine and introduction of contraband into a jail facility.
Justin Whiteside, 26, of Lexington is charged with Possession of Less than 28 grams of Marijuana.
Officials say they are all held at the Lexington County Detention center awaiting a bond hearing.
