LEXINGTON COUNTY, S.C. — Authorities have arrested a man on two counts of attempted murder following an incident on Bush River Road in January.
According to the Lexington County Sheriff's Department, investigators spoke with witnesses and victims before determining 35-year-old Zedekiah Germaine Coleman was the lead suspect in a stabbing at an apartment complex on Jan. 14.
Sheriff Jay Koon said Coleman allegedly stabbed the two men in the upper body and ran from the apartment complex. The victims were taken to the hospital with what medical teams described as "serious, life-threatening injuries," Koon said. Both men have since recovered, he added.
Coleman was arrested on Thursday night and charged with the attempted murder of the two men and one count of possessing a weapon during a violent crime.
