NEWBERRY COUNTY, S.C. — A Newberry County woman has been arrested by state agents and charged with harassing someone else using social media, explicit photographs, and direct threats.

According to an arrest warrant, agents with the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division have charged 26-year-old Audriuna Lexus Lester with first-degree harassment.

Lester's arrest followed a request for assistance made by the Newberry County Sheriff's Office. The warrant for Lester's arrest said that she "engaged in patterns of intentional, substantial, and unreasonable intrusions into the victim's private life."

The warrant states that Lester threatened the victim with harm, threatened to release nude photographs of the victim, posted nude photographs of the victim on Facebook, and gave nude photographs to the victim's family. The warrant also alleges that Lester called the victim several times on March 20.

Lester has since been booked into the Newberry County Detention Center.
