COLUMBIA, S.C. — The Richland County Sheriff's Department is asking the pubic for help in identifying three men they say are involved in a credit card fraud incident that happened March 4, 2020, at Columbia Vapes.
If you recognize any of the three suspects, you are asked to call Crime Stoppers at 888-CRIME-SC with any information.
