COLUMBIA, S.C. — Two sisters are in jail after police allege they opened fire on a man earlier in the week.

Columbia Police said Jamila and Leona Toatley have been charged with criminal conspiracy after they allegedly opened fire on a man in the 100 block of Ripplemeyer Avenue on Sunday. The man was not struck by gunfire, police said. Police set bond for both sisters at $20,000.

Friday's update provided limited additional details about the incident, but police said they expect to make more arrests in the case.
