Sumter, SC (WLTX) - Sumter County deputies have arrested a man who they say performed sex acts with a boy.
Stephen Phillip Davies, 64, is charged with two counts of criminal sexual conduct with a minor.
Officers say the incidents happened in 2011 and 2016, and involved the victim performing a sex act on Davies. In both cases, officers say he also fondled the victim.
Davies was booked at the Sumter County Detention Center.
