Gaston, SC (WLTX) - Gaston police have identified a suspect in a fatal hit and run from earlier this week.

Back on June 30, officers say a pickup truck driven by Michael L. Gantt hit John D. Moore Jr. near the intersection of Highway 321 and Woodtrail Drive.

Officers say they found the pickup truck involved in the accident on Wednesday, and the vehicle matched evidence collected at the scene and had damage that was consistent with the victim's injuries.
