COLUMBIA, S.C. — Authorities are investigating a shooting that left three women wounded in Richland County around midnight on Saturday.
According to preliminary reports from the Richland County Sheriff's Department, deputies responded to Club Lavish at 7950 Bluff Road just after midnight, where a shooting had taken place.
Deputies first found a woman lying unconscious on the ground with a gunshot wound to the torso and learned that two more women were also shot. The sheriff's department said deputies and paramedics aided all three victims before they were taken to a local hospital for treatment.
The sheriff's department didn't have the specific conditions for the three victims but said they were each believed to be stable at the time.
