COLUMBIA, S.C. — Investigators are working to determine more about a shooting that left two men wounded late Friday night.
The Richland County Sheriff's Department, which is handling the investigation, said that deputies were called to the 500 block of Longtown Road around 10 p.m. The first arriving deputies found two men with gunshot wounds. Those men were then taken to an area hospital for treatment. No details regarding the severity of their injuries were available.
Authorities also haven't said whether they have suspects in mind for the shooting or what led up to the incident as the investigation continues.
