Lexington, SC (WLTX) - Lexington County deputies have arrested a man on child porn charges.
South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson said 55-year-old Martin Andrew Lagasse of West Columbia is charged with 13 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor second degree, a felony.
Officers say he was involved in distributing child pornography via the internet.
If convicted of the charges against him, he could face a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison.
