Despite his best efforts to get his name on the governor's ballot, Columbia Civil Rights Activist Kevin Gray has come up short.The United Citizen's party candidate didn't get the 10,000 petition signatures needed to run.Gray says he will now try and win votes in November with a write in ballot.
