Lexington, SC (WLTX)- A Lexington family is without a home after a lightning strike sparked a house fire overnight.
Firefighters believe lightening hit the top of the home which started the fire around 2 Wednesday morning.
Firefighters says it could be hours before they are able to get the fire completely under control.
Authorities say two people lived at the home.
The house is a total loss.
