Richland County, SC (WLTX) — Richland County deputies are asking for the public's help to identify a suspect wanted for armed robbery.
around 5 a.m. on Saturday, deputies say the suspect entered Circle K, located at 806 Broad River Road, presented a handgun and demanded money from the register and cigarettes. As the victim complied, investigators say a customer entered the store and the suspect ordered that person to lie on the floor. The suspect then fled with an unknown amount of cash and two cartons of Newport cigarettes, according to investigators.
In an effort to identify the suspect, deputies have released surveillance video from the robbery.
