Columbia, SC (WLTX) - A man is dead after a shooting at a Columbia apartment complex Friday night.
The shooting incident occurred at Petan Apartments on Beatty Road around 8 p.m., according to the Richland County Sheriff's Department.
Ronald A. Bonnette, 58, was identified as the victim by the Richland County Coroner's Office. The cause of death was a gunshot wound to the torso.
Investigators relayed around 10 PM that one person has died as a result of the shooting.
