(Boca Raton, FL) -- Former Creed frontman Scott Stapp was arrested Sunday and charged with assault related to domestic violence.Authorities in Boca Raton, Florida, said as of Sunday night, Stapp was being held without bond. Sheriff's Office spokesman Paul Miller says no one was injured and no one was taken to the hospital. Miller declined to identify the victim. Stapp was married a year ago February to former Miss New York, Jaclyn Nesheiwat. She declined to comment to The Palm Beach Post.No one was injured, Palm Beach County sheriff's officials said. Judge Cory J. Ciklin reduced the charge "because the allegation is that Stapp threw a bottle of Orangina at his wife, at her head, and missed and the bottle broke," sheriff's spokesman Paul Miller said.
