Cayce, SC (WLTX) - A Lexington County doctor was arrested in connection to an accidental shooting in October.
Adam Marcus Lazzarini, 46, turned himself into officials at the Lexington County Detention Center Thursday morning. He is charged with involuntary manslaughter and obstructing justice.
The charges are connected to shooting on the 200 block of Hunter Miller Drive where 30-year-old William Player Holland died from a single gunshot wound to the chest on October 9, 2017.
Lazzarini is an orthopedic surgeon for Southeastern Orthopedic and Sports Medicine at the Lexington Medical Center.
The Cayce Department of Public Safety will hold a press conference Friday morning.
