Lexington, SC (WLTX) - A Lexington man has been arrested after investigators say he molested a teenage boy.
Christopher Shawn Acton, 22, was arrested on Wednesday and charged with criminal sexual conduct with a minor and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
According to the incident report, Acton engaged in sexual battery with a 15-year-old male at least three different times.
Acton's bond was set at $150,000.
The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division investigated the case at the request of the Lexington County Sheriff's Department.
