COLUMBIA, S.C. — State law enforcement officials are asking for the public's help to find a missing, endangered man from Beaufort County.
Officials say Martin Raffone was last seen on Concession Oak Drive in Okatie in Beaufort County around 1 a.m. Tuesday.
Raffone is believed to be driving a white 2015 Hyundai Genesis, SC tag number KDP973. The vehicle was last seen on US-17 near Hardeeville around 2:45 a.m. on Tuesday.
Raffone is described as an 81 year old man with grey hair and blue eyes, who stands 5'7" and weighs around 164 pounds.
