ANDERSON, S.C. — The Anderson County Sheriff's Office says a woman reported missing this week has been found
Vicki R. Phillips was located Thursday, and deputies say she is safe.
The office posted on its Facebook page Wednesday that Phillips was missing, stating she was endangered.
Deputies have not provided any information about where Phillips was found.
