WEST COLUMBIA, S.C. — West Columbia police are asking for the public's help to find a 15-year-old last seen on Thursday.
Police say Luis Fernando Lira-Ramirez was last seen wearing a grey shirt, black pants and the bracelets in the picture below. Police believe he ran away from his West Columbia home on Thursday, December, 28, 2023.
