Williamsburg County, SC (WLTX) — Williamsburg County deputies Sheriff's are asking the public for assistance in locating a man missing for more than a week.
Charles Edward Holmes was last seen driving a red van on Manning Highway (261) around 1 p.m. on Monday, November 19.
