COLUMBIA, S.C. — On Friday, two people were arrested and charged with murder in connection to Morgan Duncan's disappearance, but his family says they are still searching for answers and praying they can bring him home.
LaTanza Duncan, Morgan's mother, says her family is hurting and questioning what happened to her son months after his disappearance.
"Please help me find my son and bring him home. He is loved, he has a daughter, he has a family, and he grew up with his father. He had a condition that he couldn't help. He deserves better than what he got," LaTanza said.
Morgan Duncan was first reported as a missing, vulnerable adult on Nov. 28, 2023, and his body is still yet to be found.
"I want to make sure that at least, I can bring my child home and bury him properly," LaTanza said.
As of Friday, the Richland County Sheriff's Department has made two arrests in connection to Duncan's disappearance.
Forty-one-year-old Eric Greene and 28-year-old Julivia Waller have both been arrested and charged with murder.
The Richland County Sheriff's Department said it had no other information to release.
Despite the two arrests, LaTanza Duncan says there is still more to learn, and she is begging the community to help her close her son's case.
"I am begging those that are out there that have information please help me find my son. have some decency if you have a child wouldn't you want him or her to be treated with some respect at this point? Just tell us where he is," Latanza said.
