COLUMBIA, S.C. — Do you know a young person in the Midlands who is a talented artist?

If they can draw, write short stories, poetry, essays or have a talent in drawing, painting or photography, Richland Library may want to showcase their talent.

The library is asking those between the ages of six and 18 to submit their art for the 29th edition of Richland Library's Literary Magazine.
