IRMO, S.C. — Fire officials say teamwork between three fire departments helped save an apartment building on Sunday.
According to the Irmo Fire District, the fire was in an apartment building on Beacon Hill Road in Irmo. Officials said fire crews from Columbia-Richland Fire and Lexington County Fire Services responded and helped bring the fire under control quickly.
Irmo Fire reported no injuries in the incident. The district said the cause of the fire is still under investigation.
