ORANGEBURG COUNTY, S.C. — Several fire units are on the scene of a large car fire at a metal recycling facility near Holly Hill.
Witness reports and video on Sunday afternoon showed a large plume of dark smoke rising over the area of DCC Recycling and White Sands Road. Videos also showed several emergency vehicles responding to the property. Fire officials have not yet responded with specifics about the fire.
