SUMTER, S.C. — Sumter police are asking for the public's help to find a missing teen believed to have run away.
Police say 13-year-old Ka'Niyah Baker was reported missing by family after she left her home at Carolina Crossing after 2 a.m. Wednesday without permission.
Baker stands 5-feet, 2 inches tall and weighs about 130 lbs. A clothing description was not available and it is unclear whether she is walking or may have gotten a ride, according to police.
