Sumter, SC (WLTX) A Sumter county man has been arrested on child pornography charges.
South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson announced the arrest of Chad Everett McCollam, 43, of Dalzell on three charges connected to the exploitation of a minor.
Internet Crimes Against Children task force investigators with the Sumter County Sheriff's office made the arrest.
Investigators state that McCollam distributed multiple files of child pornography.
McCollam was arrested on June 4 and the three counts are felony offenses and are punishable by up to ten years imprisonment on each count.
