SUMTER, S.C. — Sumter County Sheriff's Office is asking the public for help in locating a missing 17-year-old boy.
Markel Charles Robinson was last seen by his family on September 15, 2024. Robinson is considered a runaway and has blocked immediate family from contacting him, according to SCSO investigators. He is 5'6" tall and weighs approximately 131 pounds
It is rumored that Robinson may be in the Myrtle Beach area. His case has been entered in the National Crime Information Center (NCIC).
