Sumter, SC (WLTX) A Sumer man has been charged with four counts of attempted murder.
According to Ken Bell with the Sumter Sheriff's department Ronnie Dewayne Smith has been charged with reportedly fining multiple rounds into a residence on Holloway Street in Sumter county.
The incident was captured on video surveillance.
