SUMTER, S.C. — Sumter Police are asking for the public's help to find a missing teen.
Police say 16-year-old Tamera Keitt walked away from her Girard Drive home without permission Wednesday morning and has not returned.
Keitt, who stands 5'5" and weighs about 190 lbs., has long, black braids and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black T-shirt, gray shorts and a black backpack.
If you see Keitt or have any information as to her whereabouts, police ask you to call the Sumter Police Department immediately at 803-436-2700 or the nearest law enforcement agency.
